Elaine Allan is a Vancouver-based executive leader with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. As an Executive Director and CEO, she has led complex organizations in the homelessness and skills development sectors, with a focus on strengthening performance and delivering real results. She has successfully turned around underperforming organizations by improving financial sustainability, implementing technology solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Elaine holds a BA and an MBA, and is recognized for her expertise in governance, financial management, and program development. She has worked closely with industry leaders, community partners, and frontline service providers to strengthen services and create pathways to stability and employment through job skills development.
A long-time West End resident, Elaine is deeply committed to Vancouver Centre and understands the challenges facing its residents and businesses.
